Delivery
All products in the elysia store will be shipped to your address free of charge. If you order from outside the European Union, we will also pay the corresponding import taxes for you.
You only pay for the product itself and won't have to handle any customs paperwork or charges. We will provide you with a UPS tracking number so you can check the status of your shipment any time.
Important!
We can only process hardware orders if the delivery address you have provided matches the address data of your PayPal or credit card account. Please make sure to insert a valid telephone number in your user account.

US customers benefit from the attractive rates we get from UPS for Express Service shipments to the States. Your hardware will be shipped within 24 hours after receiving your payment. Shipping usually only takes a single business day. Please allow an additional business day for customs handling. Software licenses will be provided within 24 hours after receiving your payment.

Your hardware will be shipped
within 24 hours with UPS Standard Service after receiving your payment. Depending on your
location, shipping takes between one and three business days. As elysia is also located inside the European Union, there are no customs issues involved. Software licenses will be provided within 24 hours
after receiving your payment.

 Non-EU customers
Non-EU customers benefit from the attractive rates we get from UPS for
Express Service shipments to countries outside the European Union. Your hardware will be shipped
within 24 hours after receiving your payment. Depending on your location, shipping takes between one and three business days. Please allow an additional business day for
customs handling. Software licenses will be provided within 24 hours
after receiving your payment.
