Delivery

All products in the elysia store will be shipped to your address free of charge.
If you order from Switzerland or Norway, we will also pay the corresponding import taxes for you. You only pay for the product itself and won't have to handle any customs paperwork or charges. We will provide you with a UPS tracking number so you can check the status of your shipment any time.

The store is open for European Union customers and citizens from Switzerland and Norway.
We accept orders from the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom.

We can only process hardware orders if the delivery address you have provided matches the address data of your PayPal or credit card account. Please make sure to insert a valid telephone number in your user account.

Delivery times
Your hardware will be shipped within 24 hours with UPS Standard Service after receiving your payment. Depending on your location, shipping takes between one and three business days.
